as mentioned elsewhere, I placed firmly in the past that perhaps one or two cells are defective. Due to ultimately failed Nachladeversuche, I complained and got the cells after a short time of two new solar Mobile GmbH sent.
I built this one today.
To make it short: The whole process took about eight hours!
Since a cell in the anterior cell package was broken, I was bound to all other packs (with the exception of the posterior) are also out, because you can lift the first packaging design as not just up and out.
this occasion I took advantage to all cells to almost exactly 3.8 V single charge.
I removed the first body parts, BMS then finally the first cell to balance the pack out. Since the cells stick to the bottom of the tank on foam strips, the special at the first into a not very easy task.
is also partly it extremely difficult for the cell packages tied together using metal rails by loosening the screw connections back together. The containers are extremely excited.
The whole thing was a lot of hard work that has paid off, however. The cells are now all nearly identical, which has also shown immediately after a 15km test drive with the shop with the charger Thundersky: the cells ended up with almost identical charging voltages.
As can cope with that at the end - as so often in such large operations - once again are a few screws left over ;-).
