Hello,
my scooter is now exactly 1 year old. In that time I have learned many important things about absolutely electric scooters and most of all LiFePo-cell whose characteristics and their care.
I have invested a lot of time and effort in crafting and trying to avoid the worst mistakes. In conclusion I would say two things:
- My scooter is one year and more than 4,500 kilometers still doing well, so I know what the life of the batteries among others is concerned, am optimistic for the future.
- I such a scooter can in the current state of development (overwhelmed, absolutely not familiar with the technology distributor, BMS temporary solutions, absolute necessity observance of various rules in dealing with such a roller), unfortunately, only tech-savvy people recommend. Otto-Normal-citizens suffer probably later than the second year some form of technical crash.
regarding my "problem-cell" is actually nothing new. It runs with brave and is no longer in my short routes in critical stress depth. Maybe she is more robust than originally thought.
Otherwise it should be mentioned that in the meantime I have a new version of BMS and have installed itself successfully. The BMS-LI-20 do with me now is serving.
I have the opportunity of the installation also still the same used for a separate terminal block connector with connecting to which I can not only the tensions of the cells measured individually (I can much more convenient touch of a button with the built by me voltmeter), but also can load up to 6A any cell individually.
went so far the only 500mA. Was because I had loaded via the BMS cables that were previously protected with 500mA fuse. The new BMS now at 6.3 A fuses.
